**Activities:** ACTIVITIES  MONTHLY MEETINGS ON HEALTH,CARE,SUPPORT AND RELATED SUBJECTS FOR CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE PATIENTS AND THEIR CARERS, WITH QUALIFIED SPEAKERS AND THE OCCASIONAL NON MEDICAL SPEAKER. ASSIST IN RESEARCH PROJECTS. NETWORKING WITH OTHER GROUPS ORGANISATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON HEART DISEASE AND HEALTHY LIVING.ORGANISING OF OUTINGS PRIMARILY FOR CARERS.
