I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended o(/ o+120th.
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act").
Responsibllities and
basis of report
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
examiner's statemant come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any rraterial respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act., or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

The charity was set up by Anthony Crlckmay to receive the resldue of his estate after
hls death. It was registered with the Charity Commlsslon on 5th November, 1991.
Anthony Crickmay died on 8th Januaryi 2020 and the residue of his estate was transferred
to this charity in March and April, 2022.
BJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The alms of the charity are to:
Provide Ilfe-changlng career development opportunities for creatlve
artlsts associated to the world of dance,
Advance the appreciation of the career and Ilfe work of Anthony Crlckmay,
The trustees maintaln contact during the year by emall and telephone and meet In person
once a year, usually in January, to conslder applications for grants which fulfil the aims
of the charity mentioned above.
In carrylng out their dutles the trustees have regard to the guidance issued by the
Charity Commission on publlc beneflt.

RESERVES POLICY
The charity's policy on reserves is that there should be sufficient reserves to pay out the
likely level of grants in the following year and to be able to cover other costs. At the year
end the charity had reserves of £1,934,506 which the trustees considered to be well within
this criteria.
