The trustees are pleased to present their report together with the financial statements of the charty for the
- year ended 31 st March 2025
Legal and administrative infonnation set out on page 1 forms part of this report. The financial statements
comply with current statutory requirements, the Memorandum and Articles of Association and the
Statement of Recommended Practice - Accounb'ng and Reporting by Charities.
Objects of the Charlty
The objects of the charity are to organise a variety of functs'ons and %)cial events for the community
members.
Organisatlon
A board comprising of four main trustees ,meet at least four times a year, administer the charities affairs.
Investment poworn
Under the memorandum and articles of associab'on. the chanty has the power to make any investment
as the trustees see fit.
Revlew of the actlvltle8 and future developments
The company continued its in supporting and running various sport and keep fit activities for its members
throughout the year.

Company law requires the trustees to prepare accounts for each financial year which give a true and falr
view of the state of affairs of the chanty and of the profft or loss of the charity for that year. In preparing
those accounts, the trustees are required to:
select suitable accounting policies and then appty them consistently;
make judgements and ests'mates that are reasonable and prudent: and
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to
presume that the charity will conts'nue in business.
The trustees are responsible for maintsining proper accounting records which disclose wrth reasonable
accuracy at any b'me the financial positton of the charity and enables them to ensure that the financial
statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. The trustees are also responsible for safeguarding
safeguarding the assets of the chanty and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and
detection of fraud and other irregularities.

These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention wrth items recognised at cost or
transactions value unless otherwise stated in relevant notes to these accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with:
the statement of recommended Practice . Accounts'ng and Reports'ng by charities
preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reports"ng Standard
applicable in the UK issued on16th July 2014
The charity constitutes a pubic benfit entty as defined by FRS 105 applicable for small entities.
(b) Resources expended are recognised in the period in which they are incurred. Resources expended include
attributable VAT which cannot be recovered.
