Achlevomont3 and Performance
Since taking on a tenancy in 2019 at The Beehive (part of Dwerse Abilities. Dorset) in Alderney Poole,
ourweekly clubs operate on Thursday evenings 7pm-9pm and Saturdays from 10am- 2pm
throughout the year.
We closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas period and we organised activities off site on two other
occasions when we were unable to use the premises.
Both Thursdays and Saturdays are wellattended by members and all our events and activities are very
well supported and received.
Attendance averages between 25 to 30 members per club. We maintain a club membership of 52 with
a waiting list of 12 for Saturday Club and 4for Thursday Club. 2 new members have been welcomed
thisyear 8nd we have 3 new helpers bringing our total helpers to 23.
Despite increases in general INing costs for everyone we have continued to retain the club
subscription at £4 per attendance and the club continues to subsidise the costs of our larger events
and off-site activit16s froffl funds.
In addition to club meetings, we held 12 events. None of vthich would have been possible wtthoutthe
dedication and hard work of the Club's team of volunteer helpers and also the generosity of our
supporters.

We also sponsored a Christmas Tree at St Aldhems Church. The tree was dressed with decorations all
handmade and lovingiycrafted by our members. The tree was on displayto the publi¢ throughout
