The properties were subject to a 'red book' valuation by Kutner Associates as at June 2022 and properties revalued accordingly and also the rental values were subject to a quinquennial review. - 3 Restricted Funds of Charity 1004363 include a minority share of the ownership of the investment properties of £698k donated by Charity 312728. - 4 Investment properties owned by Charity 1004363 were revalued in the prior year which resulted in a revaluation of £887k in total in 2022.
