**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF ILLNESS AND SUFFERING IN SUCH WAYS AS THE COMPANY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND IN PARTICULAR IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND, NORTH WALES AND THE ISLE OF MAN.

**Activities:** Claire House helps seriously and terminally ill babies, children and young adults in Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales. It provides end of life care, emergency respite, hospital support and day care, in addition to short breaks for children with complex needs. It also provides counselling, therapy and bereavement support for the whole family, while a child is living and after they die.
