OBJECTIVES, ORGANISATION AND ACnVITIES
The Fem Christian FeHowship was constituted by a declaration of trust dated the 14 June 1991 and
suplemental deed of 30 September 2000. and Is a registered Charty numbered 1004057.
The principal address of the Charity is Orchard Court Lord Lane. Haworth. Kelghley, West Yorkshire,
BD22 8QP.
The objecttves of the Charity are the advancement of the Christian Faith. the relief of persons In
need, hardship, sickness or distress and the provision of a Bible school.
The trusees have due regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefft.

STATEMENT OF CHARITY TRUSTEES RESPONSIBIUTIES
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, Report and the financial statements in
accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practi￿ {FRS 102) for charities issued by the Charity
Commission and the Charities Act 2011.
The law applicable to charities in England & Wales requires the trustees to prepare financial statements
for each financial year which give a true and fair vtew of the stste of affairs of the charity and of the
incoming reSoU￿eS and application of reSoUr￿S of the charity for that period.
In preparing these financial statements, the trustees are required to:
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently;
observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP.
make judgements and eslimates that are reasonable and prudent.
state whether applicable accounting standards have been followed. subject to any
departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements;
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it Is Inappropriate to
presume that the charity will continue in operation.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting Tecords that disclose with reasonable
accuracy at any time the financial position of the chaiity and enable them to ensure that the financial
ststements comply IMth the Chatitles Act 2011 and the provisions of the trust deed.
They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable
Steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBIUTIES OF TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER
The charity's trustses are responsible for the preparation of the a￿￿nts. The charity's trustees consider that
an audit 15 not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act), and that an
independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to-

BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT
My examination vras carried out in accordance with General Directions given by the Charity Commission. An
examination indudes a review of the accounting records kept by the tharity and a cornparison of the accounts
presented with those records. tt also indudes consideration of any unusual items or dlsdosures in the
accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees conceming any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audi( and consequenuy no opinion is
given as to whether the accounts present a 'lwe and tsir vteW' and the report is limited to those matters set
out In the Statement bel¢)w.
