The object of the Charity is the provision and maintenance of a village
hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Hunton and the
neighbourhood thereof without distinction of political. religious or other
opinions, induding use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other
forms of recreation and teisure-time occupation, with the obiect of
improving the conditions of life for the said inhabrtants.

Achievements and performance
Having completely refurbished the toilets and inslalled infrared heating in
the previous year, renovations continued this year with the repla￿ment
of the windows and new lighting to future-proof the hall and redu￿ the
electricity costs. The trustees plan investment in Ihe hall to keep it in
good state of repair and ensure it attracts a variety of users.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ('the Trust.) for the year ended
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
