(D)GENERALLY TO SUPPORT ANY CHARITABLE TRUSTS OR ORGANISATIONS AND TO CARRY OUT ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE SAID MASONIC PROVINCE THAT MAY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BENEFIT ALL OR SOME OF THE INHABITANTS OF OR VISITORS TO THAT PROVINCE.
