Feedback from the University and Higher Educalion students confirms that the grants have relieved the
financial constraints upon them and enabled them to benefit more fully from their Courses.
Pupils of School age have received grants for School Trips. equipmenl and other essentials where there
was financial need. In one case the Trust funded English Language lessons for a child who spoke little
English, thus making it possible for her to benefit more fully from her education. In another case the
purchase of a camera was funded to enable a boy, struggling with health issues, to pursue his nature
studies and the Trustees were delighted to hear that he has won a photographic competition.
