**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT SOUTHGATE SECONDARY SCHOOL (COCKFOSTERS/BARNET) BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL WHICH IS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY.

**Activities:** Engage in activities which support Southgate Secondary School (Sussex Way, Cockfosters) and advance the education of the pupils attending it.Provide and assist in the provision of such facilities or items for education at the school (not provided by statutory funds) as the committee in consultation with the Governing Body shall from time to time determine.
