**Objects:** (1) THE PROVISION OF HOLIDAYS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN PRIMARILY FROM THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND, INCLUDING COUNTIES ON THE BOUNDARIES (YORKSHIRE, DERBYSHIRE, SHROPSHIRE, STAFFORDSHIRE, AND NORTH WALES), WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES - EITHER BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, SOCIAL, PHYSICAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, SO THAT THEY MAY DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPABILITIES AND GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
