**Objects:** 1) RELIEF OF SICKNESS TO PERSONS IN HULL AND EAST YORKSHIRE SUFFERING FROM SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS (STI) OR HIV, AND HIV RELATED ILLNESSES OR AIDS BY THE PROVISION OF HEALTH SERVICES WHILST SUPPORTING THE EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL WELFARE OF SUCH PERSONS AND BY ANY OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS, AND 2) TO PROMOTE THE PREVENTION OF SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS (STI) OR HIV AND HIV RELATED ILLNESSES BY ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE PROFESSIONALS , NATIONAL AND LOCAL PUBLIC AUTHORITIES, PERSONS WITH STI OR HIV AND THEIR DEPENDANTS RELATIVES AND FRIENDS IN ALL MANNERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE EFFECTS OF THESE ILLNESSES.

**Activities:** To focus on sexual health and well-being, particularly targeting young men and women and other vulnerable or marginalised groups.To provide information, support and services to enable people to make informed choices and to take appropriate action, to improve their sexual health and well-being, and reduce the stigma associated with sexually transmitted infections and HIV.
