The total expenditure ol the charity durir¥J the year was £205.420 against an wKome of £83.738. At tho end
of Ibe financial year ending 31 May 2022. the net unrestrlcted asse& ol the charity were £8.801 - these ale
the tnjslees free ￿e￿&S.The thf5tees have no ptans to add to the free res8￿e$ currentty. An Independent
third party audit was not required and, a<xordingly, the f￿2t￿la1 statement5 for the year under review were
externally rev%eKed and verified by an inde￿ndent chartere(f a¢￿untant IG fvf D Oay FCA DChA)
conformity wlth the iequlrements of thè Charity Commission.

On the 6th September 2023, thé twstees deod8d to mothball the Twst begImw￿ on 1s1 Junè 2023. unthj
further notitÈ. The tnjsteas had concentrated their management and resources to stspport the
rebuiklin9 of th8 tapatity and of RA-SA. Tha grant fun￿rA9 from Jamrna Intemational IJI) had enabled
RA-UK to fund the costs required for RA4A to reconstruct As operational eapaeity 8T￿ sustsin itsew to the
point of securing grant funding from otPw irtwnational donor5. This resulted In RA4A b￿n9 able to lake c
the leadèrship role for the Implementath?n (>f the second phase ol tho expanded project. as outllned above,
induding Ihg provision ol grants made in support ol n￿melOuS comfflurrity initiatives. 8y the end of the first
phasè of the extended Voice Pfojeci ¢)n 31st May 22 the RAAJK accounts reffgthd an amount of
US$95,725.49 owing to RA-UK by its grantu. However, tollowh¥ the transfer from FW-UK to RA4A of the
grant agreement for thls second phase of the Votce Project, all but USS15.163.25 of the aTTrJunts owFng had
been b￿￿ed. apart from the costs inwFred far aud¢t & accounting seThi￿. forwhith Ihe final invoice has yat
to be presented by th8 project auditgrs le5timatsd at US$12.862}. Ihus comprising a tow of $26.963.98
