I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ('the Trust") for the year ended
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ('the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5>(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confinn that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ") in connection with
the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect..

To support the upkeep of the Parish
Church and the maintenance of services
therein.
The funds of the charity are used to
support the upkeep of the Parish
Church and to maintsin the services
there. Services are held weekly at the
church, with these being available on
Zoom for those unable to attend in
person. The church is also available for
weddings and funerals. The money fomi
the trust helps to maintain the building
as well as help towards the other
runnin
costs.
By helping to maintain the Parish
Church, which is available to everyone,
the Trustees have had regard to then
guidance issued by the Charity
Commission.

Achievements and Perfomiance
SORP referen
The four flats were let for the majority of
the year. The repairs not completed at
the end of 2023 were carried out in the
year. Then , In December 2024 it was
necessary to carry out emergency
drainage repairs. An insurance claim
was submitted and £8,004 received in
February 2025.
