**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND SCIENCES WHICH RELATE TO GARDENS AND PARKLAND; AND TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION, ENHANCEMENT AND RE-CREATION OF SUCH GARDENS AND PARKLAND.

**Activities:** As one of now 37 county trusts the WGT shares the common purpose of the identification, conservation and wellbeing of parks, gardens & green spaces. The WGT seeks to raise public awareness of these parks and gardens by promoting their appreciation through a programme of lectures, visits, seminars & newsletters. In addition looking to contribute to the nationwide database (init by the AGT).
