**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND TO ASSIST IN RELIEVING AND REHABILTATING PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER OR CONDITIONS OF EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS

**Activities:** Working in the field of Mental Health. Offering direct support to people in crisis, suicide prevention, outreach and advocacy, support for families of those suffering from poor mental health as well as friends and colleagues.  Group work, peer support, talks and lectures to lower the stigma surrounding mental health. Advice and signposting. Promotion of Mental Health.
