**Objects:** to promote and protect mental well being and to support and assist those experiencing mental ill health in association with Mind and in accordance with the aims and objects of Mind, subject to the approval of any branch of Mind already serving the same area in which SM wishes to operate.

**Activities:** Supported housing services, including one residential care home.  Community services offering groups and courses which include for example, anger and anxiety management, promoting self esteem, empowerment and recovery.  A volunteer counselling service.  All activities aim to improve the emotional and mental health of the people of Suffolk.
