I re￿rt on the accounts of the eh*ity for the year endeAI 30 Septanlv 2025 which are set out on
pages 2 to 6.

The charity's trustees are resFK)nsible for the weparation of the a￿Unts in accordance with the ternis
of the Charitt£s and Tn￿tee Investm¢nt (Scotland) Act 21K15 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland)
Regulations 2(M)6 (as amended). The charity t￿￿teeS consider the audit requirement of Regulation
10( l) (d) of the 2006 Accounls Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the
accounts as required under s¢ction 44(1) (c) of the Act and ty stai¢ whether particular matters hav¢
ome to my attention.

My examination is caffied oul in accordanc¢ with Regulation I l of the 2006 Accounts Regulation&
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by ihe charity and a comparison of
the accounts pres¢ntcd with thos¢ records. It also includes eonsiderntion of any unusual items or
disclosures in the accounts and $¢cks explanations from the trustees concerning any such matte￿. The
procedure5 undertaken do not provide all the evidence thal would be required in an audil and
consequently I do not express an 8udil opinion on the view giv¢n by the accounts.
