I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended JO September 2023 wliich are s¢t out on
pages 2 to 6.

The charity's trusttts are reswnsibl¢ for the preparati(Trn of the accounts in accordance iyith the ieriiis
of the Charities and Trustee Investmeni (Scotland} Act ?005 8nd ihe Charities Accounts ISwtl8iid)
Regulations 2006 (as amendcd). The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation
l O{l) (d) of the 2006 Accounts Regulations does not apply. li is resFM)nsibiliW to examine the
a¢¢ounts as requiTed under section 44(1) (c) of the Act and to state whedier particular matter5 have
come lo my attention.
Basis of independent euminer'i Jktsttmeml
My examination is CWTied out in accordance ivith Regulation I l of the 2006 Accounts Regulations.
An examinalion includes a review of ihe accounting records kept by the charity, and a comparison of
the accounts presenied wilh those reeords. It also includes consideraiion of anv unusual iieins or
