**Objects:** 1)TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN HACKNEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE ELDERLY OR DISABLED OR WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM POVERTY SICKNESS OR DISTRESS. 2)TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF A CENTRE CONTAINING FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE INHABITANTS OF HACKNEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** We run a much needed charity shop with affordable goods for local people and a drop-in centre , we offer spiritual and emotional counselling, healthy living workshops, gentle chair based exercise , aerobic classes and away day trips to the sea side and places of interest
