- (1 )                The Trust was established by a Charitable Trust Deed dated 10 December 1990. The stated purpose of the trust is the relief of the poor and needy and the support of such other charitable purposes, institutions, societies or objects 'as the Club shall in duly constituted meetings from time to time direct. 

- (2) The Trust has received a total of £25,985 in grants, donations and fundraising income during the year. This includes the "Dinner Money" scheme, which has now been closed. 

- (3) Distributions paid during the year totalled £20,612.35 and are listed on the Grants and Donations Schedule. 

- (4) The Marathon is now operated by a third party commercial business. The Trust Fund receives a fixed fee per starter and donations were made from this amount. As we are no longer financially responsible for the Marathon, the balance of the Marathon Reserve has been transferred to Unrestricted Funds. 

(5) Accounts to 30 June 2025 are attached. These accounts have been approved by the Trustees and members will be asked to vote to adopt the Accounts at the Special General Meeting
