The stated purpose of the trust is the relief of the poor and needy and the support of such other charitable pU￿oses, institutions, societies orobjects as the Club shall in duty constituted etings from time to time direct. (2) The Trust has received a total of £38,595 in grants, donations and fundraising incoNE during the year.This includes £4.579 to the "Dinner Money" Sche￿￿, which comes from Club members and associated Grft Aid (3) Distributions paid during the year totall8d £23.491 and are listed on the Grants and Donations Schedule. This indudes £4.914 under the °Dinner Money. scheme (4) The Marathon is now operdted by a third party commercial business. The Tnjst Fund receives a fixed fee per nsnn8r and donations were made from this amount and from a SUTplus from a Tombola stall. As we are no longer financially responsible for the Marathon, the balance of the Marathon Reserve has been transferred to Unrestricted Funds. (4) Accounts to 30 June 2024 are attached. As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011. Inde endent examiner's Statement I have completed my examination and I confirm, without carrying out an audit, that the attached Balance Sheet dated 30th June 2024 and the Income and Expenditure Account for the year ended at that date have been correctly prepared, from the books, records and information submitted to me by The Rotary Club of StratFord Upon Avon. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examinalion giving me cause to believe that the accounts for the year are not in accord with those books and records.
