IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE LAND DESCRIBED ABOVE CANNOT BE USED FOR THE OBJECT ABOVE IT MAY BE USED TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF BARNT GREEN AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** To manage the building under a management committee, money raised during the year will pay for the ongoing management of the building.The Scout and Guide center will be open to all Scout and Guide groups along with local community groups.
