1 Donations include ad hoc and regular payments made via Paypal, CAF Donate and direct to CAF Bank Account.  XTX Markets made a payment of £26,800 to be allocated to pupil premium students; Camden Giving donated a £5,000 to the Digital Divide Campaign. 

- 2 Online shopping donations are received via Give as You Live and Easy Fundraising. 

- 3 Interest from CAF Gold Account. 

- 4 The Trust did not receive any cash donations raised by the school or PTA through fundraising activities. 

- 5 A Stripe acount set up for the Hall Project allows for online donations by card. 

- 6 No payments were made to Acland Burghley School during the financial year. 

- 7 Consultancy fees were in respect of external support on bid writing for the Hall Project. Professional fees were included in 'consultancy' in the 2020 accounts. 

- 8 Accountancy fees for the preparation and independent examination of the accounts. 

- 9 These accounts are compiled on a cash basis.

   - I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 March 2021. 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
