Gymnast1￿ are the ￿nnasts or. In the case of a gymnast under the age of IB years. a paTenL The Dlrectors of
Harrow Sthool of Gymnasttcs are also th• charlty trustses. They are volunt¢er members who are elerted at the
Annual G¥neral Meetlngby members present atthe meetln& One-thlrd ofthe Dlrector5 are requlred to rettre each
yearand may offer themselves for redecdon.
As well as admlnlstradve tasks the Dlrertors are responslble for the strate￿C dIrertlo￿ malor dedslons of th¢
school and the generatIon and condnuous revlew of sthool polldes. They also work closely wEth the General
Managerand coaches to generate and monltorthe sthool development plaTL Theyalsohave overall responslblllty
for Human Resources wtthln the sch¢)ol. However. operdt5onal and day-to48y management Is delegat¢d to the
General Manager.
