**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF ADULTS AND YOUNG PEOPLE OF FOURTEEN YEARS OF AGE AND OVER WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES AND OTHER ADULTS IN NEED IN  PRESTON AND CHORLEY  AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY A) ENABLING THEM TO DEVELOP AND PARTICIPATE IN VALUED ROLES IN THE COMMUNITY; AND B) DEVELOPING, PROVIDING AND BROKERING COMPREHENSIVE, INCLUSIVE, INDIVIDUALISED, SPECIALIST LOCAL SERVICES, INCLUDING EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT, TRAINING, SUPPORTED HOUSING AND SUPPORT IN THE HOME AND COMMUNITY; AND C) UNDERTAKING TRAINING, RESEARCH, THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION AND COLLABORATIVE ACTIVITIES; SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED

**Activities:** We provide housing & support services to enable people with a learning disability and or additional support needs including mental health and the deaf, to live in and manage their own accommodation in the local community. We put the needs of the person at the heart of all we do and provide services tailored to individuals' needs.
