**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CONSORTIUM SHALL BE TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS WITH  MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND PERSONS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES TO OBTAIN THE MOST APPROPRIATE FORMS OF HOUSING WITH THE NECESSARY SUPPORT TO MEET THEIR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.

**Activities:** To provide supported and residential housing services, primarily for people with mental health needs and for people who require support to enable them to live within the community. Our philosophy is to provide a range of support services to enable tenants to maintain and improve their quality of life and independence.
