(c)the Relief In Case Of Financial Distress Of The Dependants Of Such Patients Or Of Deceased Patients. (d)the Promotion And Conduct Of Research Into The Causes And Treatment Of Such Disease Or Malformation On Terms That The Results Of Such Research Are Published.
