Achievements and performance
A successful year with key event being the Fireworks festival, raising
¢irca £13.000. There were a few events which were impacted by Covid
and had to be cancelled. However, the Prom evening, refreshment sales
at various school events plus income from the Sub Club monthly draw
have also raised significant funds for the school.

including the lease of 8 rninibus. Proi8cts and equiprnent which were
also funded induded sports 8quipm8nt. table tennis tables and book for

Financial review
Th& PTFA'S policy is to ke8p financial reserves to a minimum required to
operate events. For example. Ihe Fworks Display requires costs of
approximately £8000 to be paid in advance of ticket sales. In nonnal
years the PTFA also retain a small amount to purchase equipment and
supplies for other events. such as decorations for the Chrlstrnas Ball and
refreshm8nts for school events such as Music evenings. Prom and
Sports days.
