I report to the trustees on my examination ofthe accounts of the above
charity {"the Trust"} for the year ended 3110812024.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 {"the Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried OLrt
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying OLrt my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5){b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ') in connection with
the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any malerial

Objectives
The charity's objective is to advance the education of students at Ulverston Victoria High School
through receipt of donations and to engage in fundraising artivities to provide equipment. services
and facilities to support and advance the education and well-being of its students.
Artivitie5
The charity has received donations in the year to support student prizeEiving event5 and education
of student5 at Ulverston Victoria High School. From tirrhe to time the charity may organise Specific
fundraising activities in furtherance of its objertives.
Grant making
To provide such funds for Ulverston Virtoria High School to support and advance the education and
well-being of its Students.
Investments
The charity holds funds for short periods of time and these are retained in a UK current bank
account with immediate access.
Reserves
The charity retains sufficient resefves to meet its day to day liabilities as they fall due.
