I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 3110812024.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ') in connection with
the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect..
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of

January 2006. 8 February 2023 and is administered by trustees selected by appointment.
Objectives
The charity's objective is to advance the education of students at Ulverston Victoria High School
through receipt of donations and to engage in f undraising activities to provide equipment. services
and facilities to support and advance the education and well-being of its students.
Activities
The charity has received donations in the year to support student prizegivin8 events and education
of students at Ulverston Victoria High School. From time to time the charity may organi5e specific
fundraising activities in furtherance of its objectives.
Grant making
To provide such funds for Ulverston Victoria High School to support and advance the education and
well-being of its students.
Investments
The charity holds funds for short periods of time and these are retained in a UK current bank
account with immediate access.
Reserves
The charity retains sufficient reserves to meet its day to day liabilities as they fall due.
