I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (Ihe Trusf) for ts year ended
Responsibilllles and As the tharrty trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation

2011 ('the Act.).
I re￿￿ in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
urKler seciion 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
ave followed the applicable Diredions given by the Charity Commission

come to my attention in connection *ryth the examination which gives me

I have no concems arKI have come across no other matters in ¢onnec*ion
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to en8bl8
proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
The Friends of Longparish School made a fantastic effort this year and are
to be congratulated for their dedication and hard work. In addition to their
usual supwrt for the School. they ratsed around £20.LKIO loward5 the cost of
a outdoor dassroom which was built the following year.

The charity's main actiwty is to athance the edutstion of pupils at
Longparish CE Primary School by providing and assisting in the provision
of facrlrties, equipment and experrences not normally provided by the
local educalion auttlority

DurirvJ the year. the charity organised fundraising events such as the
May Fayre, Frozen Fridays, and Christmas Bazaar. as well as cornmunty
actiwties that brought together parent5, sL2ff, and pupils.
Some of the funds raised were used to purchase educalional resources
and improve the leaming environment for the benefft of all pupils.

readily available to meet expenditure commilments and to provide a
contingency for unforeseen expense$. The trustees aim to maintain
