10014371 and is constituted by a Deed of Trust dated 21 August 1990. The Trustees present their
ADTrual Report a5 under. tDgether with the Annual Account5 as attached, for the year eDded 5 April
2025. These have bÈen prepared in accordance With the Trust Deed and rhe CharitiesArt 2011.

the Trustees think fit. However, the Trustees have the power to accumulate income 35 Part of the
Trust Fund dLJring the first twenty-one year5 froTn the date of the Deed.
PUBLIC BENEFIT
The Trustees confirm that they have complled with their duty Under section 17 Of the Charlties Art
2011 to have regard to the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit. All registered
charitie5 which meet the Trusys objectives are eli8ible to apply. The public benefit is delwered bythe
charitie5 which recewe grants from the TrLJ5t.
INVESTMENT POWERS
The Trustees have unrestricted powers of Investment.
ACtivmES AND FINANCIAL POSITION
The level of income and expendlture ènd year end financial posltSon were as expected by the
Trustees.

The charity does nor hold any signlflcant reserves.

The trustees have examined the major risks which the charity faces and confirm that systems have

ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Accounting Convention
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with Accounting and Reporting bv
Charities.. Statement of Recommended Poctice applicable to charities preparing their
accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard in the UK and Republic of
Ireland IFRS1021 (effective January 20151 and Charities Act 2011 and applicable
regulations.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention with items
recognised at cost or transaction value unless otherwise stated in the relevant notes to
these accounts.
Investment Income
Inve5trnent income is accounted for in the period in which the charity is entitled to
receipt.
Expenditure
Expenditure is included on an accrLJals basis. Grants payable from income funds are
recognized a5 expenditure in the period in which the donation 15 given.
Support costs have been allocated to charitable attivities in recognycion of the
administrative costs of awarding grants. Governance costs relating to the costs of public
accountability of the charity have also been allocated to charitable artivities.
