**Objects:** TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND PRACTICE OF THE ARTS INCLUDING DANCING, MIME, MUSIC, DRAMA, OPERATIC ART, THE VISUAL ARTS, LITERATURE, POETRY AND OF THE CRAFTS OF THEATRICAL DESIGN LIGHTING AND STAGE CRAFT AND TO EXTEND AND INCREASE THE APPRECIATION, KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE ARTS AND CRAFTS IN ALL THEIR FORMS AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG DANCERS IN BALLET AND TO FURTHER THE PURPOSES OF BARNARDO'S (OR ANY OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS)

**Activities:** The Charity's activities include the creation, production and performance of ballets for young people with the purposeof involving them in all aspects of a production including choreography, music, costumes, props and stagemake-up. Teaching and rehearsals for the main company takes place over several months, including a residential summer school, and culminates performances at major theatres.
