The Focus of Our Work During the year, Clea5well Hill Foundation continued to support the children that attend Cleaswell Hill School. With a designated age range 012 - 19 the children have a wide range of needs from Complex and tllultiple leaming disabilities and diffEculties, speech language and communication needs ro physical and sensory needs. IOO°/o of the children that attend Cleaswell Hill School have an education, Health and Care Plan IEHCP}. The 8chool catchment area covers the whole of Northumberland, providing 8peciali8t provision in collaboration with paTenis, carers and n]ulti-agency professionals.
