INDEPE1￿ENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES
I report on th¢ fll]ancial stat¢ments of the Clwity for the year ended 31 August 2024, which are set out on pages 9 to 14.

that an audit 19 not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Chariti¢s Act 2011 (th¢ 2011 Act) and that an

It is my responsibility to:

Basis of IndependentExaminer's Report
My examination was carried out in accordance witb the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioner. An
examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the fmancial statements
presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the fmancial

und¢rtaken do not provide all th¢ evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently no opinkon is given as to
whether the f￿anCIal statements present a 'true and fair view, and tIL¢ report is limitcd to those matt¢rs set out in th¢
statement below.
IndependentExaminer's Siatemenl
In Col￿ectiOn with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any nMterial respe¢t, the requirements..
(a)
to keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the 2011 Act. and
to prepare f￿ancial statements which accord with thc accounting rccords and to
comply with the aGcounting requir¢nL¢nts of the 201 l Act have not been met. or
to which, in my opinion, attention should bc drawn in ord¢r to enable a proper understanding of the fu￿nCial
statements to be reached.
