In addition to the financial benefits, the various activlties of the Charity helped io build closer relationships between the parents, teachers and children. The money raised was used to enhance the school envlronment and the educational experience of the children. anc Revlew Flnanclal Results The results for the year. prepared on the'receipts and payments, basis, are set out on pages 5 & 6. The Association gave grants of £41,819 12023124.. £26,884) to Oakland5 Primary School to fund educatlonal experiences and the sthool environment. The Association shows a net Cash deficit lor the year of £11,452. After adding the balance b¥ought forward from the prevlous year of £17,084, there is a cash balance brought fonward of £5,632. The maln source of the income is informal fundralslng actlvlties. Reserves PoM¢y The Trustees agreed to redu￿ the minlmum level of ffee reserves to £5,0￿, after spending on projects. A5 agreed at the charity's AGM on 3 October, 2024. the Committee agreed that the 2024125 net income be used to fund wet weather play equipment, whole school and year group trips/work5hops, IT for use within classrooms, and contribute to the school'5 partitipation in the Outdoor Play And Learning project. The total reserve5 from the Treasurers Account, Petty Cash and the Business 8ank Account are £5,632.
