Unqualified Opinion
I have audited the accompanying balance sheet of Wold Newton Village Hall as
of 21 May, 2021 and the related statements of income, retained earnings, cash
flows and expenditure.
I have conducted my audit in accordance with auditing standards generally
accepted in the UK. An audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidence
supporting the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements.
In my opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects,
the financial position of Wold Newton Village Hall as of 21 May, 2021 and the
results of its operations and its cash flows for the year then ended.
