IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT, BUT NOT FURTHER OR OTHERWISE, THE ASSOCIATION THROUGH ITS COMMITTEE SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING POWERS.

**Activities:** We provide digital sound recordings, of the best achievable quality, of edited extracts from the "Hampshire Chronicle" on a weekly basis, and articles and information of a wider interest as a monthly magazine, to blind or visually impaired people in Winchester and surrounding areas.
